Excellence in Molecular Diagnostics Consulting

ElevenGene Labs is a Brazilian consulting firm specializing in in vitro diagnostics and biotechnology. Everything we do is based on a simple principle: technical rigor without strategy doesn't reach the market, and strategy without technical rigor doesn't survive regulation. Our values exist to maintain this balance in every project—and that's why we place them at the heart of who we are. in vitro and biotechnology. What drives us?

Mission

ElevenGene Labs exists to solve a specific problem that prevents good diagnostic technologies from reaching the Brazilian market with the speed and solidity they deserve.

Brazil is the largest diagnostic market in vitro From Latin America — more than USD 2 billion in movement, with growth above the global average and enormous pent-up demand in molecular biology. And yet, manufacturers with technically superior products remain stuck for years with incomplete dossiers, inadequate distributors, data questioned by ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency), and commercial strategies that don't resonate with the reality of the Brazilian buyer.

Our mission is to close that gap.

We accelerate the entry, registration, and commercialization of molecular diagnostic products in Brazil — with scientific rigor, regulatory intelligence, and commercial strategy integrated into a single point of responsibility.

We are not a consulting firm that delivers reports. We are the partner who comes in alongside you, takes on the technical and strategic challenges, and only considers the work complete when the product is on the market, selling, with the right channel and positioning that protects the margin.

Visão

To be recognized as the technical and strategic benchmark for companies that want to build a sustainable position in the Brazilian molecular diagnostics market.

We don't aim to be the biggest consultancy—we aim to be the most precise. The one that top manufacturers choose when entering the Brazilian market can't afford to fail. The one whose name on the dossier, validation, or commercial strategy signifies that the work was done with the level of rigor that the Brazilian market demands.

By 2030, we want to have contributed to making at least 50 high-quality molecular diagnostic products available in Brazil that, without ElevenGene, would not be available—or would arrive decades late.

Each accelerated registration means a more accurate diagnosis for a Brazilian patient. Each well-positioned product means a laboratory can now offer a test that wasn't previously available in its city. That's what drives us beyond just business.

Values

1. Rigor before speed

The diagnostic market doesn't forgive shortcuts. An incorrectly calculated sensitivity value, a dossier with missing documentation, a distributor chosen for geographic coverage instead of technical capacity—each of these errors costs months and hundreds of thousands of reais. At ElevenGene, speed is a consequence of the correct method, not a substitute for it. We do it right the first time because redoing it is much more expensive—for the client and for the patients who are waiting for the product.

2. Technical independence as a non-negotiable principle

When we evaluate a technology, a dossier, or a business strategy, the result reflects the data—not the interest in closing a deal or pleasing the client. We have communicated that a product was not ready for submission. We have recommended that an investor not proceed with a technology that would not withstand ANVISA's scrutiny. This independence is not a risk to the business—it is the basis of our credibility. A client who trusts our diagnosis because they know we will be honest when the answer is uncomfortable is worth more than ten clients who want to hear what they already think.

3. Deep specialization, not convenient generalism.

ElevenGene doesn't do everything. We don't register medications, we don't audit ISO management systems, we don't do digital marketing for laboratories. We do molecular diagnostics — regulation, validation, strategy, and commercialization — with a depth that's only possible when you stop trying to be good at everything. This specialization isn't a limitation: it's what allows us to deliver a quality that a generalist could never replicate. The Brazilian market for molecular diagnostics is complex enough to deserve those who dedicate themselves entirely to it.

4. Brazil as context, not as a variable.

Most mistakes when entering the Brazilian market begin with the assumption that the European or North American market is the standard and Brazil is an adaptation. Brazilian epidemiology is different. The circulating subtypes are different. The Brazilian buyer values different attributes. The regulatory process has its own logic. ElevenGene was born in Brazil, operates in Brazil, and approaches molecular diagnostics from the perspective of the Brazilian reality—not as a translation of another reality, but as the starting point for everything we do.

5. Partnership with skin in the game

Some of our services are remunerated through commissions based on generated sales. This isn't just a business model—it's a value statement. When ElevenGene only earns when the client earns, the alignment of incentives is real. There's no report delivered or project closed until the product is performing. This willingness to get involved—to share the risk with the client—is what differentiates a consultancy that sells services from a partner that shares the results.

6. Radical transparency regarding limitations

We know what we do well. We also know what we don't do, what we are not, and where we recommend the client seek another specialist. When a project requires legal expertise in IP, we refer clients to partner firms. When the problem is product-related—and not channel or regulatory—we state this before proposing any solution. This transparency about the limits of our mandate doesn't diminish us: it makes us trustworthy. And trust, in the molecular diagnostics market, is the most valuable asset there is.

Why ElevenGene Labs

The Brazilian molecular diagnostics market is growing at over 11% per year. There is a real—but narrow—window of opportunity for companies that arrive with the right product, in the right segment, with the right validation, and through the right channel.

This window won't wait.

ElevenGene Labs exists to ensure that the best molecular diagnostic technologies don't miss this window due to a lack of strategy, a poorly structured dossier, or a distributor who doesn't know how to explain the product to a specialized biomedical professional.

We are the difference between arriving in Brazil and arriving in Brazil the right way.
